Data Protection Lawyer – Associate/Senior Associate

This is an opportunity to join one of Irelands biggest law firms as an Associate/Senior Associate, working on a hybrid basis directly under one of the companies’ partners gaining 1 to 1 mentorship with clear route for career progression. This particular Law Firm is looking for a self-motivated Associate/Senior Associate with a genuine subject matter interest in data protection law and commercial contracts. The Associate needs to have experience dealing with GDPR and Commercial Contract drafting experience. You will be joining a small team of Data Privacy lawyers, the team is lacking the expertise of a someone at the Senior Associate level to keep up with the growth the firms experiencing in this field.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong legal research and analytical skills, strong commercial awareness/business acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Associate/Senior Associate needs to monitor and respond to developments in data protection and information security. To be considered for this role you must already be a licensed Irish lawyer practicing in Ireland.
