Senior Associate Lawyer – Cyber Incident Response

In the Cyber Security world, I would say it’s common knowledge there aren’t enough lawyers on the Cyber Incident Response side compared to Data Privacy and my client is looking for Lawyers who have proven involvement in Incident Response cases.

You will be the cornerstone of their incident response team. We’re looking for a legal professional with a proven track record in incident response management. Your role will encompass both hands-on tactical work and strategic leadership. Handling data breach claims, orchestrating communication strategies, leveraging data mining techniques, and implementing effective case strategies will be second nature to you. You will empower junior colleagues and collaborate with partners, while maintaining the autonomy and confidence to drive cases forward.

Both private practise and in-house experience will be considered and the ideal PQE is 4-6 years, however this isn’t set in stone and I would recommend lawyers with IR and Data Breach experience at any level to apply.

London is the ideal location but with offices nationwide, my client can look at candidates in any part of the UK.
