Partner, eDiscovery Advisory Practice (Remote)

We are excited to represent a global advisory business seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join their team at the Partner level for the eDiscovery practice. With a strong foothold in the industry, our client is committed to expanding its eDiscovery practice across the US and venturing into other realms of eDiscovery recruitment.

As a Partner overseeing the eDiscovery practice, you will be responsible for spearheading and managing all US operations, with additional oversight of a smaller team in Europe. The primary objective of this crucial hire is to further develop and fortify the eDiscovery practice in the US while strategically expanding into new areas of eDiscovery recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success, the ability to generate substantial revenue, and the skills to cultivate enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and own all eDiscovery operations in the US, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Oversee a dedicated team in Europe, providing guidance and support in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Strategically build and expand the eDiscovery practice across the US, identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Play a pivotal role in diversifying into other areas of eDiscovery recruitment, contributing to the overall success and evolution of the practice.
• Leverage your existing network and business acumen to generate revenue and establish long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company-wide goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience at the Partner level within the eDiscovery domain.
• A strong and demonstrable track record of revenue generation and business development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
• Strategic mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market trends and opportunities.
• Extensive knowledge of eDiscovery operations and eDiscovery recruitment.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a remote work environment.

This is a remote position with a requirement for travel, particularly on the East Coast. While the role provides flexibility, periodic travel is essential to ensure effective collaboration and oversight.
