Legal and Compliance Attorney

$200k-$250k base salary + bonus

3 days in the office and 2 WFH every week

The client is a leading Global Hedge fund located in the Heart of NYC, they are looking for top academics who are willing to learn and develop their regulatory and compliance knowledge to become an SME in the field. The client likes to upskill the top graduates to fit the needs of the company and build out one of the strongest regulatory compliance teams on the globe.

The right candidate has come from a top law school and has spent at least 2 years working within a law firm. This candidate has experience working in a financial institution or has spent time in-house at a Broker Dealer. The client requires the candidate to have knowledge of the Securities Exchange act of 1934, Securities Act of 1933 and the Investment Advisor Act of 1940.

To be successful the candidate must have a strong eye for detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong skills using Microsoft programs and the desire to become an industry leader.
