Incident Response Practitioner

We are supporting a brilliant consulting business across the U.S that’s led by a very passionate, smart and informative Partner.

The organization has a growing IR practice and you will work with the Partner to build out the IR program and team from the ground up and would suit someone with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Being a consulting business, client facing and strong communication skills are essential but you don’t have to come from a consulting background but need experience in a client facing capacity which can include internal.

My client is looking for experience across:

• Handling of and responding to ransomware matters
• Conduct IR forensics (capture)
• Recover – get the network back up
• Restore devices
• Secure – build back security

You will start off responding to incidents and as they grow be involved in more complex incidents. Leadership skills and experience or the desire to gain these skills would be an advantage.

The role is fully remote from any U.S state.

$140k-$175k base salary depending experience.
