Fact Investigation Attorney – Remote Full Time

Off the back of an exciting 2024 Legal Week, we have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Fact Investigation Attorney to join the eDiscovery team of a leading legal services provider and take it to them next level.

As a Fact Investigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in uncovering critical evidence and leveraging cutting-edge technology to support legal proceedings. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive fact investigation, utilizing advanced eDiscovery tools and methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze findings and formulate effective legal strategies.

The ideal candidate is a senior attorney with a large amount of litigation experience and has demonstrated a background in eDiscovery document reviews. Alongside this, a history with fact investigation within a legal environment, strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
