eDiscovery – Client Director

The Client Director will be responsible for the strategic growth of a portfolio of key clients, taking the operational lead for all issues, championing clients’ interests internally and ensure they receive the highest levels of delivery around technology, administration services and professional services.

The 5 strategic areas of this role are as followed:

Operational Standards – You will take core responsibility for ensuring that the requirements of important clients are transferred across into workflows department-wide.

Relationship Management – Having the ability to develop and build up a healthy relationship with a client’s POC is fundamental. This enables you to create a clear understanding of what it is the client is looking for.

Case Leadership – You will act as the best practice professional where you will sent benchmarks to achieve an efficient workflow.

Strategic growth – Naturally your role includes the continuous growth of your clients, this will be achieved by working alongside business development professionals to implement. You will also need to maintain client satisfaction.

Technical Guidance – Ensure all clients have support to ensure the smooth running of my client’s eDiscovery services and take the lead on all actions, issues, and projects.

This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people and developing strong working relationships. You did need to be a technical wizard when it comes to eDiscovery as you will be issuing key guidance to clients. Another exciting aspect of this role is the fact it is a growth role! This means the company is growing and over the course of 2023, my client is looking to add a further 5 eDiscovery Client Directors to the workforce.

Relativity is going to be a fundamental aspect of this role as it is my client’s platform of choice. If you hold a certification in this then amazing, if not then no worries as my client does offer training and development and would like to see candidates with or without a certification.
