Data Privacy Attorney Full Time

$250k-$300k base salary + bonus

3 days in the office and 2 WFH every week

I am representing a global financial institution in New York City, looking to hire a Data Privacy Attorney to join its elite team of problem solvers. You will work with teams firmwide to uphold adherence to pertinent data privacy laws and regulations and be tasked with negotiating the terms of agreements involving data privacy issues. Your role will extend to providing counsel on the firm’s current policies for managing personal and sensitive information. Additionally, you will actively contribute to crafting new policies pertaining to data privacy matters and play a key role in addressing challenges related to data breaches and incident responses.

Experience in this role should encompass providing guidance on matters related to data privacy laws and regulations, with a specific focus on advising on compliance with CCPA and GDPR.

Preference for those well-versed in transactional agreements touching on data privacy, covering everything from software and financial data licenses to benefits agreements. Please highlight your experience here when applying.
