Cyber Security Consultant

They are looking for a cyber security consultant with a strong understanding of industry certifications to provide support in their internal business. You will be working to take the lead on the project and conducting risk assessments and cyber assurance.

In this role:

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities
• Provide security assurance support, ensuring that compliance to NIST, ISO270001/JSP to NCSC
• Ensuring that the products, projects, network and infrastructure is met to compliance standards
• Ensure security gaps in vulnerability assessments are remediated and mitigated by the correct personnel

Preferred

• Experience working in a MOD, Government or Defence background or projects
• Knowledge of security documents such as SyOps and RMADS (Risk Management assessments documents standards) is preferred but not essential

This role is Hybrid in a number of location around the UK  -with flexible hybrid working
