Currently working with a technology driven Hedge Fund in Manhattan and there current target is to adopt a large cloud environment securely to modernises their systems and cyber capabilities.
The nature of this firm will allow you to work with best products and technologies in the market and due to the nature of the project they are looking for a cloud Engineer with a strong background in coding, automation and developing. The professional will also need to have a concrete understanding of cloud security and to secure various features and devices within the environment.
This should not be seen as an architect role but more as a hands-on technical engineer role where with the support of the cyber team you will be revolutionising their cloud environment and taking responsibilities for implementing new cloud features within their network. With this said strong experience in one or more of the main cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure is required, coding/ automation with Python and a strong academic background.
