This is a unique opportunity for someone with a development background, expertise in SAST and DAST, and a strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

As Application Security Engineer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the company’s digital assets and ensuring the security of their applications. Leveraging your development background, you will assess and strengthen the security of various applications by conducting static (SAST) and dynamic (DAST) application security testing. Your expertise in cloud technologies, especially AWS, will enable you to assess and enhance the security of applications deployed in cloud environments.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for career growth as you will have the chance to step up into a senior/lead position within the team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and expertise on secure development practices and implementing industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in application security with hands-on experience in SAST and DAST.
• Proficient knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Development experience, allowing you to understand application architecture and code.

You will work in their London office three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. This hybrid working model provides a perfect balance of collaboration and autonomy.
