This is an exciting opportunity to work at a company that prides itself on being a pioneer within the eDiscovery space which has been recognized by readers of the National Law Journal as the best within the space.
This job will be reporting to the eDiscovery Client Directors and will enable you to be an SME within eDiscovery and the company. Through being the eDiscovery Senior Consultant, your success will heavily rely upon being able to take charge of a large portfolio of tasks and have a strong desire to continuously grow professionally. Such traits as being able to foster strong working relationships both internally and externally will be a critical aspect of this role.
In order to apply for this opportunity, you will be evaluated on the following:
eDiscovery knowledge – You must keep up to date with all relevant news and announcements when it comes to eDiscovery. This is critical as you must be able to offer consultancy to future and current clients. This would essentially mean having to drive the use of technology and help limit the financial output of the clients.
Upskilling – For this aspect of the job role you must be able to provide training and support for the Project Mangers who will sit below you in the organizational structure. You will also need to provide relevant knowledge and education to clients as to best advise them thus mean communication skills are essential for this role. Furthermore having the ability to explain a technical aspect to a non-technical person will be a key skill to hold.
Product Capability – This aspect of the role is crucial. You will have to work together with the operations side of the business to further develop your knowledge when it comes to tools such as Relativity Analytics and Brainspace. This will be key as you will need to offer support and guidance when it comes to consulting the PM team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people and developing strong working relationships. You did need to be a technical wizard when it comes to eDiscovery as you will be issuing key guidance to clients. Another exciting aspect of this role is the fact it is a growth role! This means the company is growing and over the course of 2023, my client is looking to add a further 5 eDiscovery Client Directors to the workforce.
Relativity is going to be a fundamental aspect of this role as it is my client’s platform of choice. If you hold a certification in this then amazing, if not then no worries as my client does offer training and development and would like to see candidates with or without a certification.
