I have an incredibly unique opportunity to work for a leading law firm in the United Kingdom, is seeking a talented and experienced Legal Partner or someone wanting to step up into a partner level specialising in Privacy or Cyber Incident Management to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on privacy laws, data protection regulations, and cyber incident management.
- Advise clients on compliance with relevant privacy laws, including GDPR, Data Protection Act, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive privacy policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Assist clients in developing effective incident response plans and strategies.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings related to privacy, data breaches, and cyber incidents.
