You will need a good understanding across, Sparx EA, MooD, SysML and MBSE also have proven experience within the defence sector or government.

Required
- Experience developing architectures and models from a Sosa level into solution architectures and systems design
- Frameworks: MODAF, NAF, Arcadia and ArchiMate
- Architectural modelling tools e.g. System Architect, Sparx EA
