This is the opportunity to work for one of the most elite engineering teams in the world and join their platform engineering team where you will design and maintain their global network infrastructure. As the Network Engineer, you will play a key role in contributing to the design, implementation, and integration of infrastructure systems with a strong focus on network devices, protocols and systems that underpin their infrastructure.
My client is a global technology driven hedge fund that prides itself on technology innovation and hiring top performers. They love problem solvers who have achieved strong academics and turn their hands to new technologies quickly and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
They are looking for core networking experience across Cisco and/or Palo Alto, protocols, tooling, and automation would be a huge benefit. Any experience in integration of datacenter networks with public clouds would be highly desired.
My client solves problems with code and any development experience with Python would be nice to have but not essential to succeed in this role.
Based in the heart of New York City, they are offering a hybrid working model with two days from home and three days In the office.
