Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for litigation and discovery? We are seeking a skilled Litigation Discovery Staff Attorney to join a dynamic legal team in the heart of Boston OR New Jersey.

Position Overview: As a Litigation Discovery Staff Attorney, you will play a crucial role in managing the discovery process for our litigation cases. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough document reviews and analyses
  • Manage eDiscovery and be the firm’s eDiscovery SME
  • Collaborating with our litigation team to develop case strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Drafting Breifs

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Massachusetts or New Jersey BAR
  • 4+ years of experience in litigation and eDiscovery
  • Proficiency in eDiscovery software and document management systems
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
